Precautions for the Installation of Wafer Check Valves

Wafer check valve refers to the automatic opening and closing of the valve flap by the flow of the medium itself, which is used to prevent the medium from flowing back and the pump and the motor are reversed. Check valves can also be used to supply pipelines for auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above the system pressure.

1.Make sure the passing direction of the valve is consistent with the flow direction of the fluid when placing it in the pipeline.
2.Do not connect the wafer check valve directly with other valves, it should be connected through a telescopic tube.
3.Avoid adding pipe joints and obstructions within the operating radius of the valve plate.
4.Avoid installing a reducer in front of or behind the wafer check valve.
