3.Features of 2pc Flanged Ball Valve Produced by MST:

1) 2pc flattened ball valve automatic pressure relief function: when the medium pressure in the valve cavity is abnormally increased and exceeds the preload of the spring, the valve seat will retreat from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the valve seat will automatically reset after pressure relief.
2) 2pc flanged ball valve discharge pipeline: the upper and lower parts of the valve body are equipped with discharge holes to check whether the valve seat leaks. During operation, when the valve is fully open or closed, the pressure in the middle chamber can be removed and the packing can be directly replaced; Can be discharged in the cavity retention, reduce the pollution of the medium to the valve.

3) The valve of 2pc flanged ball valve is designed with auxiliary seat emergency sealing system. Once the seal is damaged or cannot be sealed due to emergency conditions, the sealing surface can be repaired by injecting corresponding sealant into the sealing surface through the auxiliary sealing system to achieve emergency sealing. When the conveying medium is not clean or contains a small amount of particles, in order to protect the sealing surface and ensure reliable sealing, the corresponding cleaning agent or lubricant can be injected into the device to clean the sealing surface.
