1.Introduction of Dual plate check valve

Dual plate check valve produced by Tianjin Milestone Pump & Valve Co. Ltd  is a soft-seated dual-plate check valve that conforms to API 594. Dual plate check valve with cast iron body is available in sizes 2” (50 mm) to 12” (300 mm), in PN 10, PN 16 and ASME Class 125 pressure ratings.

1）Patented retainer-less design of Dual plate check valve - High integrity sealing, facilitates quick disassembly at site;
2）Two independent seats of Dual plate check valve of  - Consistent sealing even in uneven flow;
3）Raised profile of the Dual plate check valve soft seat enhances sealing;
4）Integrally moulded liner of Dual plate check valve;;
5）Stopper pin of Dual plate check valve of  prevents the discs from coming into contact with each other and thus prevents disc damage. The stopper pin also prevents spring failure by ensuring that the discs don’t travel beyond the full-open position;
6）For sizes 6” of Dual plate check valve of and above, lifting eyebolt option is provided;
7）Dual plate check valve drain connections provided on demand.
