3.Features of electric ball valve

1. The electric ball valve has the smallest flow resistance among all kinds of valves, which can be opened and closed quickly and conveniently,
2. The electric ball valve has two-way sealing and good sealing performance. The valve seat is generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
3. The valve stem of electric ball valve is designed with anti blow out structure. Even in the case of abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber and failure of packing block, the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium. Moreover, the valve stem adopts the bottom mounted design, and the inverted seal of the valve stem increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve rod packing of the electric ball valve adopts V-type sealing structure, which avoids the abrasion and abrasion of the valve rod and packing sleeve, and reduces the operating torque of the valve.
5. The movable ball valve can be equipped with anti-static structure according to the customer's requirements to prevent the fire or explosion hazard caused by static spark.
6. Flange electric ball valve is convenient to install electric and pneumatic actuators, saving installation space.
