4.Structural Features of Fixed Ball Valve
1) Fixed ball valve has two-piece and three-piece valve body structures, and the middle flange is connected by bolts;2) The Fixed ball valve is sealed with reinforced PTFE embedded in the stainless steel ring. There is no spring at the back of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is tightly attached to the ball and keeps the seal.
3) The upper and lower stems of Fixed ball valve do not have PTFE bearings, reducing friction and labor-saving operation. There is no adjusting plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position of the ball and the sealing ring.
4) Fixed ball valve is full bore: the flow aperture of the valve is the same as the inner diameter of the pipeline, so that the pipeline can be cleaned.
5) Each valve of Fixed ball valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so the installation has no flow direction restriction and is two-way. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
