1.Introduction of Insulation Gate Valve
The insulation gate valve is used for some heat preservation media. The heat preservation design can prevent the solidification or crystallization of heat transfer oil, steam and other media at room temperature. This product is welded on the basis of an ordinary gate valve with an insulation jacket, and there are interfaces on both sides of the valve body, which are connected in the form of flanges or threads as required. Thermal insulation gate valve is the most common product among thermal insulation valves, which can be widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, asphalt, chemical and other projects.

3.Features of Insulation Gate Valve
1.The jacket is welded and installed between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with a connection port for the jacket.
2.The size of the connecting flange is one to two sizes larger than that of an ordinary valve of the same specification, and the structural length is the same as that of an ordinary valve of the same specification.
3.Steam or other hot insulation medium can flow freely in the jacket to ensure that the viscous medium can flow smoothly through the valve.
