1.Introduction of Rubber Disc Check Valve

Rubber disc check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover and rubber disc. The valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipeline system, which installed in the pipeline or pump outlet, to prevent media flow back and water hammer damage to the pipeline and pump. The valve can also be installed on the by-pass pipe of the inlet and outlet water of the reservoir to assist the pool water flowing back to the water supply system.

2. Features of Rubber Disc Check Valve

The rubber is made of steel plate, steel rod and reinforced nylon cloth as the substrate, and the outer layer is covered with rubber. The disc switching up to 1 million times.
The valve adopts full flow area design and has the characteristics of small head loss, not easy to accumulate sundries and simple maintenance.
